AEM 02-05 Civic Si Polished Short Ram Intake

The AEM 22-508P Performance Short Ram Air Intake System is a cost-effective product designed to easily increase engine horsepower and torque. The restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing are replaced by this AEM air intake system. It has been designed and tuned to fit specific Honda Civic Si models and has been verified on a chassis dynamometer. Air enters the system through a large AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter, providing excellent airflow, filtration performance, and high performance. The engine sound during acceleration also changes to a richer, more aggressive resonance, allowing you to both hear and feel the increase in horsepower. The intake pipe is made of mandrel-bent aluminum and features a durable chrome-like finish. This air intake system was developed to accommodate factory emission control devices (intake air temperature sensor and breather hose). The tapered cylindrical AEM Dryflow air filter is made of oil-free synthetic filter media and can be used for up to 100,000 miles (approx. 160,934 km) before cleaning is required, depending on driving conditions. The air intake system is easy to install with common tools and comes with an AEM Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California or other states that have adopted California emission standards, while others are 50-state legal. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. For shipping cost estimates, they will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Furthermore, all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not adapted to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength study reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
