Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please verify compatibility with your domestic Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us and our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee that they will fit a Japanese model vehicle without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be ambiguous expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. For shipping cost estimates, the amount will be calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases involving large items such as body parts, there may be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we carry are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit use, private property, and off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will provide returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items received. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters must be handled exclusively through us. Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
