Depending on Baja Designs' inventory levels, lights may ship at the same time as your Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid plate, or light plate order. Typically, lead time is 1-2 weeks depending on stock availability. During this period, all light orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. If you cannot wait, please refrain from ordering lights. 〇 Regarding Import Duties and Taxes
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import duties and taxes incurred during import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Compatibility Confirmation
Our entire product database is based on North American specification (USDM) vehicles, so please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese specification (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our home page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may rarely be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with delivery damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
