*Note: Orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may currently have a lead time of 3–4 weeks. If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the Rally light bar. Once Baja Designs stock is secured, lights will be shipped with your order for a Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate, typically within a 1–2 week lead time depending on inventory availability. 〇 Regarding Import Duties and Taxes
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle; our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility first.
Please note that even if products are sorted by model year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, this does not guarantee direct fitment to Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automatic calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit use, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if notified within 7 days of receipt for products with shipping damage, defects, or items that differ from your order. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
