〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Fitment
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the item can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit for Japanese-market models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to verify delivery times. All items are transported via air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. We will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for items found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
