For bikes equipped with an electric starter, if the stator requires modification or rewinding, the purchase of a switch and wiring harness kit is mandatory. Please refer to the "STATOR Reference Chart" under the Tech Info heading for details. For electric start vehicles, some models require stator modification, rewinding, or the addition of a new rectifier/regulator to use LED lights. If required, order part number (#12-2004) and provide your bike's year/make/model. Detailed instructions and hardware for stator modification are included with all applicable vehicles. If a rewind is required, please contact Baja Designs to obtain a service authorization number. The high beam indicator will remain on when using the Hi/Low KTM Relay Harness (P/N: 12-9016).

○ Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
○ Confirming Fitment
Our entire product database is based on North American specification (USDM) vehicles, so please verify whether parts can be installed on Japanese specification (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatic shipping calculation may occasionally differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide structural strength documentation or similar paperwork for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items that arrive damaged, are defective, or are different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other third-party companies or agencies located within Japan.
