For electric start bikes, if your stator needs to be modified or rewound, you must purchase the switch and wiring harness kit. Please see the "STATOR REFERENCE CHART" (under the Tech Info header) for details. Electric start bikes: To use an LED light, you may need to modify or rewind your stator, or add a new regulator/rectifier. If required, order part number (#12-2004) and provide your vehicle's year, make, and model. Vehicles requiring a stator modification will come with detailed modification instructions and hardware. If a rewind is required, please contact Baja Designs to arrange service.

〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American market vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not these products can be installed on Japanese domestic market vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on the tabs of our home page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping amount and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air. They will not be shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
Basically, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purposes of Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
