〇 Regarding Import Taxes
At Shafto-ya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption taxes incurred during customs clearance, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, this does not guarantee that the product will fit Japanese-model vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. Due to potential inaccuracies in translation, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically on the checkout page once you enter your delivery address. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a rush, please inquire about delivery times in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "off-road use, track use, or private property use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. We will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective items, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors within Japan.
