○ Regarding shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping cost estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatic shipping calculation differs significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for such inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, the shipping box and the products themselves may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from those ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, we will handle all warranty-related matters "exclusively through us."
