○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Estimates for shipping can be automatically calculated by entering your delivery address on the checkout page. Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for an estimated arrival date beforehand. Note that all items are transported via air freight. We do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Our products are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only." Installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all items are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective goods, or incorrect orders if reported within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
