Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese models (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming fitment.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing phrasing, please contact us with any questions before ordering.
○ About Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ About Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certification for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ About Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there is a possibility of damage during transit to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, any warranty-related issues regarding products sold through us must be handled "exclusively through our company." Please be aware that we do not facilitate correspondence through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
