○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products that have sustained shipping damage, are defective, or are different from what you ordered. Additionally, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
