DSM 7-Bolt Engine Bearings
King has developed the Alecular bearing material as an alternative to conventional tri-metal bearing construction. King bearings feature a single deep (0.012" - 0.015") layer of Alecular material—a proprietary alloy of aluminum, tin, copper, and other metals—on a steel backing. This provides superior embeddability. Advanced quality control procedures allow King to maintain wall thickness tolerances for rod and main bearings to an incredibly tight plus or minus 0.0001", which is much tighter than other manufacturers. These manufacturing principles allow racers and street engine builders to save engines pushed to the limit. The secret to achieving crankshaft endplay without additional machining lies in the precise control of the bearing flange length.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related issues will be handled "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not work with or through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
