2015-2021 WRX Complete Front Mount Intercooler Kit (by Cobb Tuning)

The factory top-mount intercooler is easily overwhelmed and prone to heat soak due to its size and location, which leads to increased intake temperatures and power loss. Replacing the factory intercooler with the COBB Tuning Front Mount Intercooler ensures your engine receives the coldest air possible, resulting in more power.
This kit features a massive 24" x 11" x 4" bar-and-plate core and 2.5" piping, capable of supporting over 800 whp. The intercooler core is finished with a heat-dissipating coating. The piping is mandrel-bent
aluminum and finished in a wrinkle black powder coat to keep your engine bay looking clean. This FMIC is designed to work with the COBB Big SF Intake and Airbox combination. Compatibility with other intake kits has not been verified. A feature unique to this intercooler kit is the integrated mounting provision for the factory tow hook or license plate relocation bracket. There is no need to cut the bumper cover when installing this FMIC kit. The factory gussets remain in place.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide structural strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from what was ordered. Please understand this. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related issues "only through us." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
