Please confirm whether or not the product can be installed on Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on circuits, private property, or off-road, and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be instances of damage to the packaging box or the product during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement support for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us."
