Developed based on the XL80, the XL40 delivers 5,224 lumens of trail-proven lighting performance to a wide range of bikes. Designed for dirt bikes with lower-output stock stators, it consumes only 43.5W of power. This is the ideal high-performance upgrade for riders who previously lacked compatible premium options.
Combined with our proprietary XL Trail lens, it achieves superior near-field and peripheral visibility in both horizontal and vertical directions. The Trail lens disperses the center beam's intensity, eliminating distracting hot spots and maintaining clear visibility through changes in terrain, sharp elevation changes, and tight cornering. The result is a smooth, evenly dispersed field of light that provides confidence even in the most demanding terrain.
This kit replaces the stock headlight unit and includes a Motominded mount, ensuring a precise fit and easy installation.

Our product database is based primarily on North American (USDM) vehicles; please check whether the item can be installed on a Japanese (JDM) vehicle before ordering. (If you are unsure if the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us, and our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit on Japanese-model vehicles without modification.

○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for a delivery estimate in advance. Note that all products are transported by air. Shipping by sea is not available.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at the customer's own risk.
○ Warranty Information
Please check the contents of your order as soon as the product arrives. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may occasionally be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." We do not provide support through other third-party companies or agencies within Japan.
