Gear Set for Winters Performance 10-Spline Quick Change Differential (Set 20A / 21x27 Tooth Count)
Winters Quick Change gears are high-quality gears manufactured from SAE8620 alloy steel, precision-machined, and heat-treated for high strength, designed to withstand high output and high torque.
A wide variety of gear sets is available, allowing you to adjust and fine-tune the final drive ratio to match circuit layouts, tire diameters, and more.
With a Quick Change setup, you can achieve two different gear ratios using a single gear set by swapping the upper and lower gears as shown in the photo below. (High / Low)
The final drive ratio depends on the initial configuration of the ring and pinion gears in your Quick Change differential housing, so please verify in advance whether your differential has a 4.12, 4.57, or 4.86 ratio. (4.12 is the standard ring and pinion set.)

〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaft-Ya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Checking Compatibility
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Additionally, please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model in the tabs on our top page, it does not guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before ordering.
○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check lead times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support is handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
