If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatic shipping calculation may occasionally differ significantly from the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging boxes or products. We will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from your order if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us."
