If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping typically takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for a delivery estimate in advance. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compliance
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit use, private property use, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Warranty Information
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt. Because all products are shipped internationally, there may occasionally be damage to shipping boxes or products caused by transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
