AEM 2015 Ford F-150 5.0L V8 Cold Air Intake System

The AEM 21-8129DC Brute Force Air Intake System increases horsepower and torque by replacing your vehicle's restrictive factory air filter and air intake housing. This air intake system was designed, tuned, and dyno-tested to fit specific Ford F-150 models. Air enters the system through an oversized AEM Dryflow synthetic washable air filter for exceptional airflow, filtration, and performance. The air filter is placed in the space of the factory air box and is protected by a heat shield, which is designed to reduce intake air temperature and increase horsepower. The intake tube is constructed from mandrel-bent aluminum with a durable gunmetal gray powder-coated finish. This air intake system is engineered to accommodate the engine's factory emissions control devices, including the EVAP vent hose and crankcase vent hose. The tapered cylindrical AEM Dryflow air filter is made from an oil-free synthetic filter media and can be used for up to 100,000 miles before cleaning is required, depending on driving conditions. The air intake system is easy to install with common tools and is backed by AEM's Lifetime Limited Warranty. Some AEM air intakes are not legal for sale or use in California and other states adopting California emission standards, while others are 50-state legal. We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without prior verification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping cost estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping fee and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar documentation for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be cases where shipping damage occurs to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
