When ordering a light package, lights may ship separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate as inventory becomes available. Once we catch up with Baja Designs stock levels, lights will ship together with the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, Skid Guard, or Light Plate, with a typical lead time of 1-2 weeks depending on availability. 〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shafutoya, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Checking Compatibility
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please verify compatibility with your Japanese domestic vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct fit for Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using machine translation. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a rush, please contact us to confirm lead times in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Warranty Policy
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support is handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
