About Thermalnator Thermal Insulation Gaskets
Thermalnator is a unique high-temperature shielding gasket that replaces the stock intake manifold gasket. The cooling properties of Thermalnator reduce heat by stopping metal-to-metal contact between the intake manifold and the engine block. Using a Thermalnator gasket reduces the heat of the air entering the engine, resulting in a power increase of up to 5%.
Thermalnator gaskets allow the intake manifold to function like an intercooler. Because the manifold is no longer heated by the cylinder head, heat from incoming air dissipates through the aluminum very rapidly. The basic formula is that for every 5°F increase in intake air temperature, air density decreases by 1%. Higher air density results in more horsepower.
Average tests show a reduction of 25°F, with some applications seeing a reduction of up to 35°F. This is why Thermalnator gaskets are an excellent upgrade for stock or modified vehicles.

If an order is placed without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance to confirm lead times. All items are shipped via air freight; there is no option for sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we carry are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection Standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private land, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at the user's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty claims must be handled "exclusively through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
