At Shaftoya, import duties and taxes incurred during customs clearance are paid by our company; therefore, you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American (USDM) vehicles. Please verify whether the part can be installed on a Japanese (JDM) vehicle before ordering. (If you are unsure if the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is sorted by selecting your year, make, and model using the tabs on our home page, it does not necessarily guarantee a direct, unmodified fitment for Japanese-market vehicles.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before placing an order.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped via sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" regulations, and we cannot provide documents such as structural strength certificates for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
