Manley utilizes domestic 2618 high-strength alloy forgings and proprietary (Manley exclusive) fixtures, allowing the skirt turning and ring groove machining to be performed in a single operation. This ensures ultimate squareness between the ring grooves and the skirt, improving ring seal. The cam and barrel (skirt) profiles are cylinder-wall friendly while generating power. While Manley is well-known for high-quality valvetrain components, industry insiders also trust and use Manley’s top-quality pistons and connecting rods.

〇 Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with your Japanese domestic vehicle (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit a Japanese-market vehicle without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength test reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products that differ from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
