〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Fitment
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the parts can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese-market vehicles without modifications.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us with any questions before placing your order.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items such as body parts, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the shipping box or the product itself during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from your order. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
