○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, the shipping box and the product itself may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
