If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on the tabs of our home page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for that purpose. Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, the packaging box or the product itself may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what you ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." We do not handle matters through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
