If you order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the delivery time in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air. We do not use sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and you are responsible for their installation and use at your own risk.
○Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as they arrive. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective items, or items different from what you ordered. Please understand that for products sold through our company, we only provide support for warranty issues "directly through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
