The Mercedes W205 C63S AMG intake system is the culmination of extensive development and testing. The design brief was centered on three main objectives: 1) Increased flow rate. 2) Lower intake temperatures. 3) Smooth airflow. The first objective was achieved by utilizing all available space in the C63S engine bay, resulting in a 35% higher flow rate than the stock system. The second objective was achieved by designing a fully sealed system. Since the C63S engine bay reaches high temperatures due to heat sources such as the turbos near the intake, keeping the intake sealed is essential. The final objective was achieved by designing an organically shaped system featuring custom-made round panel filters. This ensures there are no sharp angles in the airflow path, maintaining laminar flow. With a smooth transition from the filter to the turbo inlet, our intake system minimizes turbulence, allowing the turbos to operate efficiently.
Having achieved all three objectives, the W205 C63S intake system delivers superior performance in every aspect, allowing the turbos to generate boost more efficiently. This improves throttle response and increases power as tuning levels rise. Since various turbo upgrades are available for the C63S, we also offer special solutions for larger turbos.

All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan.
