CSF 2004-2013 BMW 335i/xi (E90/E91/E92/E93) High-Performance Stepped Core Bar/Plate Intercooler - Black

The OEM intercooler is made with plastic end tanks crimped onto an aluminum tube/fin core that is 4 inches thick (105mm core width) and 5 inches tall (127mm). While this may be sufficient to keep IATs in check on a completely unmodified/stock vehicle, as the user begins to increase power output through bolt-on modifications, tuning, and built engines, the OEM intercooler becomes the Achilles' heel of the system, leading to IAT spikes that deviate from the optimal range and significantly reducing the vehicle's performance capabilities. Enter CSF with their step-core design, bar/plate high-performance N54 intercooler. This "drop-in fit" intercooler requires no modifications for installation and features a 5.5-inch thick (140mm) lower/larger section and a massive 8.25-inch (210mm) tall front face. It is constructed with CSF's industry-exclusive round-bar/plate core design. Because the front of the cooling bars is rounded, airflow into the core is improved. The airflow hits the core surface and travels around the faces of the round bars into the core rather than scattering as it does when hitting the faces of flat bars found on all competing products, resulting in performance far superior to the OEM design (flat bar face) and all other aftermarket competitors (which all feature flat-face tubes or bars). It is a significant improvement over the OEM unit and is more than capable of handling even state-of-the-art N54 engine builds. 1000 horsepower is no problem!

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of your product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
