Chase Bays Oil Coolers
Chase Bays Universal Oil / Fluid Coolers are for the enthusiast who wants a cooling solution that has been rigorously tested in motorsports, is efficient, lightweight, and aesthetically pleasing for their build. These were specifically developed for oil, transmission fluid (ATF/MTF), power steering fluid, and differential fluid.
Chase Bays Oil Coolers feature a drawn-cup cooler design. Drawn-cup coolers are constructed by inserting turbulator plates into stamped cup sections. The oil exits through large rectangular holes at both ends of the cup section. The two smaller holes on either side of the long holes are used for alignment during assembly. In our experience, the advantage of the tube-and-fin type is its durability. The drawn cups respond better to the high pressures found in oil and power steering systems than tubes and fins.

Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will check it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may significantly differ from the actual shipping cost in rare cases. In such instances, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Note that all products are shipped via air freight. They are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) system" in any way, and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for said system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-public roads," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
