Before Ordering
〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Fitment
Since all product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether the product can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where a significant discrepancy occurs between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with plenty of time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery dates. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for such inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
