33mm Black Nitride, Flat Face Intake Valves by Brian Crower
BC high performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to ensure accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. All BC camshaft profiles are prototyped and dyno-tested to prove horsepower results before being released for mass production. Brian Crower, Inc. passes the cost savings on to the end-user by grinding cores in high volume. Quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked on a high-speed measurement gauge with sub-micron accuracy. The Adcole camshaft measurement system uses individual measuring heads for each cam journal and cam lobe, capturing one data point every 1/10th of a degree—3,600 data points per revolution—at a resolution of 0.01 microns. This model, which measures camshafts for lift errors and chatter marks, can measure 200 parts per hour.
