At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import duties incurred during customs clearance, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
Our product database is primarily based on North American specification (USDM) vehicles, so please verify whether parts can be installed on Japanese specification (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market models without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping fee and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you via email individually.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a rush, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" standards, and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private land, or off-road use only," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and the items themselves may sustain shipping damage. We only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered, if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for all products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors based within Japan.
