AEM 400LPH E85 Fuel Pump Kit - Single Barb - Ethanol Compatible

AEM’s 400LPH High-Flow Fuel Pump is designed for high-performance naturally aspirated and forced-induction EFI vehicles! It delivers the high flow and reliable performance AEM is known for at a highly competitive price. Each pump is individually flow-tested to ensure it flows over 400+ LPH (106 GPH) at 40 PSI (approx. 276 kPa) (13.5V). This supports 1,000+ horsepower on gasoline!* The pump maintains high flow rates even as system pressure increases, flowing 330+ LPH at 70 PSI (approx. 482 kPa) (13.5V), supporting approximately 870 horsepower* on gasoline! With a compact 39mm body (same size as the Walbro 255), low current draw, an 11mm inlet, and a 9mm barbed outlet, it is designed to replace factory fuel pumps in many applications. The 50-1230 features a dual-barb outlet ideal for 3/8-inch ID hose, while the 50-1235 features a smooth barb outlet for 5/16-inch ID hose. Each pump includes a wiring harness, pre-filter, end cap, and rubber buffer sleeve. Note: The vehicle's factory fuel pump wiring may not be able to handle the current of the AEM high-flow fuel pump. Refer to the electrical requirements section of the instruction manual for proper wiring. Note: These pumps do not include an integrated check valve.

At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Checking Compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American market vehicles (USDM), so please confirm compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle; our support team will investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount calculated automatically. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar items for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, and off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility that packaging boxes or products may sustain shipping damage. We only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, please note that for products sold through us, warranty claims must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
