Our entire product database is based on North American market vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the item can be installed on a Japanese market vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee a perfect fit for Japanese models without modifications.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight. We do not use sea freight.

○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength analysis documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private property use, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon receiving your order. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items damaged during transit, defective products, or items different from what was ordered, provided you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
