*Note: Current orders for Baja Designs lights (light packages and light conversions) may take 3–4 weeks for delivery. If you order a light package, the lights may be shipped separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once they are in stock. Once Baja Designs stock is secured, the lights will be shipped with the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate orders, which typically take 1–2 weeks depending on inventory. During this period, all light orders are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. Please refrain from ordering lights if you cannot wait. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.*

Before Ordering

○ Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

○ Confirmation of Compatibility
As our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether or not these products can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing phrasing, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. For shipping cost estimates, enter your delivery address on the checkout page, and it will be calculated automatically. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air. They will not be shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these requirements. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will handle returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other third-party companies or agencies located within Japan.
