〇 Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you via email separately.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
〇 Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide structural strength documentation for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
〇 Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product. We will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective items, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
