○ Shipping Information
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide structural strength documentation or similar paperwork for the purpose of Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at the user's own risk.
○ Warranty Information
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may sustain damage during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please be aware that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support must be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
