If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product appears after selecting your vehicle's year, manufacturer, and model via the tabs on our top page, it does not guarantee a direct fit for the Japanese domestic model version of the vehicle.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatic calculation and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, please allow 7 to 14 days for international delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for a delivery estimate in advance. All items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Our products are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these inspections. All parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all items are shipped internationally, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that all warranty support for products sold through us must be handled exclusively "through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or agents located within Japan.
