*Note: Baja Designs light orders (light packages and light conversions) may currently take 3–4 weeks. When ordering a light package, lights may ship separately from the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate once the stock arrives. As we catch up on Baja Designs stock levels, lights will ship with the Rally Light Bar, Ultimate Light Bar, skid guard, or light plate orders. Normal lead time is 1–2 weeks, depending on stock. Before Ordering

〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At the Shafutoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred upon import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇 Compatibility Confirmation
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually by email.

In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are transported via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation sheets or similar documentation for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use" purposes, and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival of the product. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to packing boxes or products during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from your order. Additionally, for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "only through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
