Our product database is based on North American vehicle specifications (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicle models (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our homepage, this does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing phrasing, please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. Shipping by sea is not available.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength analysis documents or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, and off-road" purposes, and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as they arrive. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
