If an order is placed without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address in the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you need the item urgently, please contact us for an estimated delivery date in advance. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
In principle, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Warranty Policy
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may occasionally be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. In the event of shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what you ordered, we will provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges only if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
