At Shaft-Ya, we cover all import duties incurred during customs clearance. You will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether the item can be installed on a Japanese-market vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to check for you.)
Returns due to incompatibility will not be accepted if the order was placed without confirming compatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our top page, it does not guarantee they will fit Japanese-market models without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7-14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery time before ordering. Note that all items are transported via air freight. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Our products are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide strength evaluation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private property use, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We will handle returns, refunds, or replacements for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items only if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for items sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
