(If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look it up for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if a product is displayed after selecting the year, make, and model from the tabs on our homepage, it does not guarantee a direct fitment for Japanese domestic models without modification.
All product descriptions are translated into Japanese using software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items like body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check lead times. Please note that all products are transported by air; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" standards, and we are unable to provide strength study reports or similar documentation. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Warranty Information
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all items are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we cannot provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
