○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All products are transported via air freight and will not be shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or products. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacement products only if notified within 7 days of receipt regarding shipping-damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan for warranty support.
