○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certification for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, and off-road" and must be installed and used at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. Because all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items that are damaged during shipping, defective, or incorrect, provided that we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related matters will be handled "exclusively through us."
