If you place an order without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all items are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with Japanese "Shaken" inspection standards, and we cannot provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for Japanese regulatory purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at the customer's own risk.
○ Warranty Information
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or items may occasionally sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty-related support is provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
