The all-new Chase Bays Power Steering Kit for 92-00 Honda Civic and 94-01 Acura Integra with B | D Series is designed to eliminate common factory power steering leaks, fluid spills, and overheating issues, while improving aesthetics, durability, and design. It is a 100% upgraded A.N. hose and fitting replacement for the factory reservoir and hoses—from the reservoir to the pump, rack (and cooler, if upgraded). All hoses and hose ends are BMRS, also known as Brown & Miller Racing. These are the best hose/hose ends in the world, the same components found on NASCAR and IndyCar vehicles. All fitting adapters are designed and manufactured by Chase Bays to be chassis-specific for a completely leak-free installation.
The core of this kit is the Chase Bays highly engineered triple-baffled power steering reservoir (preventing aeration and spills). It comes with an optional upgraded Chase Bays fluid cooler that mounts to the lower core support using a bracket for enhanced airflow. Our reservoir is constructed from 6061 aluminum and black anodized with a laser-etched cap. The reservoir itself uses our aluminum bracket and can be mounted in the factory location.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Estimates for shipping costs are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are essentially all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
