Brian Crower 36mm Exhaust Valve - Single
BC high-performance camshafts are ground on state-of-the-art CNC cam grinders to guarantee accuracy and tolerances within 0.02 mm. Every BC camshaft profile is prototyped and dyno-tested to verify horsepower results before going into mass production. By grinding cores in high volume, Brian Crower, Inc. is able to pass the cost savings on to the end user, offering quality at an affordable price. All BC cams are checked on high-speed measuring gauges with sub-micron precision. The Adcole camshaft measuring system uses an individual measuring head for each cam journal and cam lobe, capturing one data point every 1/10th of a degree—3,600 data points per revolution—with 0.01-micron resolution. This model, which measures camshafts for lift error and chatter mark detection, is capable of measuring 200 parts per hour.
